As we are often training with clients, please leave us a message, and we will return your call just as soon as we can.
As Pilates is a progressive form of exercise, we encourage clients to commit to at least five sessions.
WHAT TO WEAR
- Please wear non-restrictive clothing – i.e. no jeans. A pair of track-pants and a t-shirt are perfect but please do not wear clothing that is too loose, as this will hinder the ability of your instructor to see your body correctly.
- If shorts are to be worn, these must be to the knee or bike pants or something similar must be worn underneath.
- Shoes are not necessary, but please bring a clean, fresh pair of socks.
Recommended for every client, our Introductory Sessions allow you to become familiar with what Pilates is, the basic principles and what Pilates can do for you. This session also includes a full medical history, postural analysis and assessment. One on one and running for 55 minutes, this is the perfect way to start at Pulse Pilates.
Personal sessions run for 50-55 minutes, and utilise the mat, small equipment and studio equipment. An individual programme will be designed for you, with your personal goals and needs in mind. Personal sessions are recommended for rehabilitation of injury or post surgery – or for those who just want the personal touch. Personal sessions are imperative for those recovering from surgery, or for Pre/Post Natal clients.
Utilise the larger Pilates equipment, as well as the mat and small equipment. Sessions are still able to be personalised to your individual needs, but share your session with a friend. Semi-Private sessions are by special arrangement only, and not suitable for those with a serious injury.
At Pulse Pilates, we have no joining fee or weekly membership fee! It’s simple - just pay for the sessions you use.
